四、Advantages of V11 frequency conversion control system
1、Fully satisfy the requirement of high productivity, high cutting accuracy, good stability, high flexibility and fast response speed.
2、V11 vector control mode, dynamic response speed is very fast, so that the motor spindle can be high-speed and stable operation.
3、Meet the complex and irregular shape parts processing requirements, in the low frequency state (1Hz), can maintain 100% of the output torque, so as to ensure the stable operation of the spindle in low frequency.
4、Plus deceleration time can be set to 0.1 seconds to achieve fast forward and reverse operation.
5、Strong anti-interference ability, through strict CNC comprehensive test, will not cause any disturbance to the system.
6、The speed is high, the rate of change is small at low speed, and the operation is stable.

1、The NC lathe system is controlled by two signals to control the rotation of the main shaft of the lathe: One is to simulate the voltage signal 0~10V input, and the other is to simulate the current signal.
