轉速與功耗成3次方

由流體力學可知:



Q(流量)∝N(轉速)的一次方成正比

H(壓力)∝N2與轉速N的平方成正比

p(壓力)∝Q3(流量)×H(壓力)

                ∝N轉速的立方成正比

 
如果水泵的效率一定,當要求調節流量下降時,轉速n可成比例的下降,而此時軸輸出功率P成立方關系下降。


圖示:風機、水泵、壓縮機采用變頻調速技術,最高節達60%,節電效果顯著。

The corresponding air flow P is: P 100 = 100% PM = 70% P 50 = 50%

 

Wind control:

Corresponding power consumption value: P 100 = 1000 / 0.965 = 1036KW

                     P70 = 1000 0.7 (1.4 (1.4-1) 0.72) / 0.96 = 876 kW

                     P 50 = 674 kW

Average power consumption: P = (1036 × 0.25 + 837 × 0.5 + 674 × 0.25) = 864KW

If the electricity = 0.51 yuan / KW

Electricity = 864KW × 8760 × 0.51 = 386 (million)

 

Inverter control:

Corresponding power consumption value: P 100 = 1000 / 0.965 = 1036KW

                     P 70 = 1000 × 0.73 / 0.965 / 0.96 = 370 kW

                     P 50 = 135 kW

Average power consumption =: P = (1036 × 0.25 + 370 × 0.5 + 135 × 0.25) = 477KW

Electricity = 477KW × 8760 × 0.51 = 213 (million)

Saving = 386-213 = 173 (million)
